No Personally-Identifying Information is transmitted to external locations when using Hydration.

HealthKit Data

If you choose to allow Hydration integrate with HealthKit then the application will have access only to the health data types you opt-in to access. The data read from HealthKit is used solely for display within the app. It is not collected or disclosed outside of your local installation of the the app. Only those data types relevant to the app are accessed.

In no case is your personal data ever transferred to a 3rd party. It is only ever kept within the application container of Hydration.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. The Hydration website reserves the rights to identify and track visitors, their usage of Hydration website, and their website access preferences. The Hydration website visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Hydration's websites.

If Hydration, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Hydration goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
